Overall our stay here was good! The decor was lovely and the view from our room was amazing . We were able to check-in earlier which was a HUGE PLUS! The staff was super friendly and was always eager to help. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. *ps just make sure to walk with hand soap for the bathroom lol

The trip was great. The hotel room had a great view. And had all the amenities. Overall great experience

I took my child to visit school. This hotel is not far from the school, so I chose to stay in this hotel. The view from the hotel room is very good and the attitude of the front desk staff is also good.

The room was clean, but they for got to clean once. The main problem is the availability of internet. I was unable to check in my flight and choose my seat. I got the worst seat in the plane on my flight back.hilton make it difficult to sign up to internet to much information need to be enter to access internet. Even the airport WiFi was this difficult. So disappointing.

We drove 5 hours to stay at this hotel, to visits some friends near by, got charged 33 for parking and no free coffee at all, and I ask to put my Hilton honor numbers and they refused and said is a thirth party, and to make it worse someone trying to force to open the door that comunícated between 2 rooms at 11pm and lost a entire night of sleep worried .No fun at all, don't think will stay there again. We felt unsafe.Almost 200 wasted.

The room was very nice. The hotel was mostly quiet except for a conference happening with teenagers and it would be a bit loud when they came back to their rooms. Housekeeping did not clean due to a language barrier. Parking was an issue as they closed doors off due to the conference.

Everything was great except that there was no airport shuttle for guests.

I stayed at the Hilton Mark Center while attending my company’s party. The rooms were outdated and the bathroom was extremely small. I had to call maintenance about the constant heat only to be told that there wasn’t AC in the hotel. The funny thing is, while sitting in the hotel lobby bar with colleagues the AC was pumping and it was freezing. Also, while I was downstairs with colleagues someone went into my room and stole my necklace. I reported the incident to the front desk and was told that it was not found in the room which I already told them that it had to be staff since the door was locked when my family and I left. Nothing done…There was a safe in the room that was extremely outdated amongst a lot of chipped paint on the door seals.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very comfortable beds and bedding. For some reason the coffee makers at Hilton always leak, but still a very pleasant stay.

Fantastic experience! However, I wish there was microwaves in the rooms. I stayed here for my bodybuilding competition, and it was unfortunate that I had to go down to the lobby each time to warm up my meals, but other than that the hotel was a 10 out of 10.

The bed mattress was disgusting. Big dips in mattress. Old and used. The hook on bathroom door was broken and couldn’t hold clothes/towels. The restaurant had a very good weekend brunch.

Staff was friendly and pleasant. My only disappointment was the bathroom. It wasn’t as pictured and was really small.

******* charged me one price I get to the hotel it is a completely different price. I asked if there was another parking garage near by because they were charging a ridiculous amount per night. The concierge told me no, ended up finding a parking garage ( walking distance) across the street for reduced price a night.

Things will in most cases work well at any Hilton hotel, and so also here. Everything in and around the hotel is fine but seems a little dated. Service in the lobby restaurant was not the best although the food was very good. Carpets still seems to be a part of many US hotels, mine own preferences is to hardened wooden floors and not carpets.
