Please make sure you are using the correct account details - username, email, password. Sign in to your account using social media or Google account. If you do not remember your username/password, you can restore access to the account through the password recovery form.

Make sure that you've entered your login credentials correctly. Please consider uppercase and lowercase letters when inputting information. If you've just signed up, please verify your account by clicking the link in the email that was sent to you. Note that you won't be able to log in until you verify your account.

Make sure you don't have a concurrent session and try to reconnect. If the issue persists, please, contact your broker. If you see this error message, you must ensure that you're only logged into TradingView on one device/browser tab at a time to fix this issue.

To find your user name, just look at your TV profile. Left click on the drop-down menu in the upper right of your TV window. Your username will be at the top of your profile page as shown below.
