Hi all, I posted a similar post back in March, but now that my application is verified and I am about to finalize my school list before 5/28 I wanted to get input on my more refined school list. Thank you everyone for your time and help.

You have a good list and should receive several interviews. Add West Virginia.

Thank you for the recommendation I will add West Virginia. I did notice on MSAR West Virginia only accept 33 OOS students with a <1% acceptance rate. Do you think because I am in Maryland which is close by they would consider my application?

Yes, many of the OOS admitted are from adjoining states.
